Verse 14 introduces the final category of animals for the burnt offering, namely birds. It is the least costly animal and requires only one priest to offer it. The bird could either be a small turtle dove or a young dove. As with the previous offerings, both the worshipper and the priest have responsibilities.
14 “If his offering to the LORD is a burnt offering of birds, then he shall bring his offering of turtledoves or pigeons.
