All of those who repent and believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. On our own, we as sinful people cannot belong to God and his kingdom. But Christ is going to pay man’s debt and live the righteous life that man should live. He imputes all of that to those who believe in him. That is how sinners may enter God’s kingdom.
17 From that time Jesus began to preach, saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”
