1. Acts 3:11 (ESV)
  2. Exposition

Why was the beggar clinging to Peter and John if he could now walk freely?

Acts 3:11 (ESV)

11 While he clung to Peter and John, all the people, utterly astounded, ran together to them in the portico called Solomon’s.

Most probably the beggar is simply standing in the vicinity of Peter and John. He is very thankful to them and wants to spend time in their presence as well as show the crowd who healed him.1
