All God’s servants, small and great, keep summoning each other, and indeed all creation, to praise God continually on account of what he has done with Babylon. Instead of getting burdened by the injustice they experience at the hands of successive iterations of Babylon, they may—must—through the ages adore the God who has given them salvation.
6 Then I heard what seemed to be the voice of a great multitude, like the roar of many waters and like the sound of mighty peals of thunder, crying out, “Hallelujah! For the Lord our God the Almighty reigns.
