How was Aaron anointed?

Leviticus 8:12 (ESV)

12 And he poured some of the anointing oil on Aaron’s head and anointed him to consecrate him.

Like the utensils which had been smeared (mšḥ) with oil and the altar which was sprinkled (nzh) with oil, the anointing oil was poured (yṣq) on Aaron’s head.
