God knows the vulture that circles above its prey, and he is familiar with the soaring raven high in the mountains. Those birds nest on mountaintops that are inaccessible to us. Our field of vision is also limited in the open field. Not so with the Lord. He knows all those animals high in the sky and hidden in the field, and they are at his disposal. This is another exhortation for us to be humble and think great of God.
11 I know all the birds of the hills, and all that moves in the field is mine.
