Who is the father-in-law of Moses?

Exodus 2:18 (ESV)

18 When they came home to their father Reuel, he said, “How is it that you have come home so soon today?”

Reuel (also called Jethro in Exodus 3:1) is Moses’ father-in-law. In Judges 4:11 we read about Hobab as Hobab the father-in-law of Moses (KJV). But in Numbers 10:29, some translations calls Hobab the brother-in-law of Moses. The reference to Moses’ father-in-law in Judges 4:11 is probably also Moses’ brother-in-law (as per NIV). People often had more than one name, just like in many cultures in our days.
