James 1:13–14 (ESV)

13 Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am being tempted by God,” for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one.

Now the Bible says Jesus was tempted, meaning he was tried. He was put to the test in all points like we are, yet Christ is without sin. Why without sin? Well, the answer is, because Jesus Christ is just as God the Father is, absolutely holy, and Satan never succeeded in making evil attractive to Christ. He always discerned what it was and it always repelled him and he was not enticed and allured for that which is evil.1
