How does Moses respond to Aaron?

Leviticus 10:20 (ESV)

20 And when Moses heard that, he approved.

Moses assures Aaron that despite Nadab and Abihu's death, the priestly privileges are not forfeited. While Nadab and Abihu arrogantly disobeyed God's law, Aaron shows true remorse and thoughtful regard for the law. When Eleazar and Ithamar submit to Aaron's authority, it reflects a humble attitude on their part. Consequently, the sacrifice is still part of the priesthood’s permanent due. "This suggests,” according to Wenham “that God is more gracious to those who make mistakes because they fear him than to those who carelessly and arrogantly enter his presence.”1
