What are the five cities mentioned here and what would they be like?
Isaiah 19:18 (ESV)
18In that day there will be five cities in the land of Egypt that speak the language of Canaan and swear allegiance to the LORD of hosts. One of these will be called the City of Destruction.
This verse prophecies a future period in which the Lord would be glorified in Egypt. Five cities would acknowledge Yahweh as the true God. Although there were many Jewish enclaves in Egypt, this verse speaks of Egyptians.
