Why does Paul refer to Titus as a Greek?

Galatians 2:3 (ESV)

3 But even Titus, who was with me, was not forced to be circumcised, though he was a Greek.

Calling Titus a Greek is another way of saying that he was a Gentile (Romans 1:14, Romans 1:16; Romans 2:9, Romans 2:10; Romans 3:9; Romans 10:12; 1 Corinthians 1:22, 1 Corinthians 1:24; 1 Corinthians 10:32; 1 Corinthians 12:13; Galatians 3:28; Colossians 3:11).1
