What does it mean to do good as we have opportunity?
Galatians 6:10 (ESV)
10So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.
With this phrase the apostle Paul is encouraging us to do good while life, energy, and resources are present (Ephesians 5:16; Colossians 4:5).1 In the time between the ascension of Jesus and his return, the church must be busy with loving concern and caring deeds.2
