Leviticus 19:11–14 is a repetition of the commandments found in the Decalogue (Exodus 20:15). Holiness requires that a person keep God's Word and, in particular, the law of fundamental principles as it is enumerated in the Ten Commandments. Currid writes, This entire section of Leviticus could rightly be called the Levitical Decalogue.
