What is the Lord's day?

Revelation 1:10 (ESV)

10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and I heard behind me a loud voice like a trumpet

This is the day Jesus arose from the dead, known as the first day of the week (see John 20:1, John 20:19), and became the day when Christians assembled for worship and fellowship (see John 20:26; Acts 20:7; 1 Corinthians 16:2).
