Are there more redeeming qualities in Ephesus?

Revelation 2:6 (ESV)

6 Yet this you have: you hate the works of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

Jesus’ love for his bride is such that he chooses to see and accent what’s desirable in her. In this way he also lures his bride back to her first love. He notes that the Ephesians “hate the works of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.”
