Did only the priests offer a guilt offering for their sins?

Ezra 10:19 (ESV)

19 They pledged themselves to put away their wives, and their guilt offering was a ram of the flock for their guilt.

Although the text seems to suggest that only the priests presented a ram for a guilt offering, we can assume that this was the response of all the men identified in the lists. According to Leviticus 5:14–19 a ram was the guilt offering required for a sin committed unwittingly. The guilt offering was a means by which atonement was made for sin.
