What does the voice mean when he instructs John to “come up here"?
Revelation 4:1 (ESV)
1After this I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven!And the first voice, which I had heard speaking to me like a trumpet, said,“Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this.”
In Revelation 1:10–11 the voice told John to write. Now the voice tells John to travel through that open door into heaven, where he must see “what must take place after this.”
