Why does 6:14 mention King Artaxerxes when he was in no way responsible for helping to rebuild the temple?
Ezra 6:14 (ESV)

Artaxerxes was the king of Persia from 464-424 BC1 while the temple was completed in 515 BC. Artaxerxes’ name is included since the author looks forward to the rebuilding of the walls.2
