It was not Jesus and his twelve disciples who left in those boats after the day’s teaching. We are not told that these boats followed Jesus and his disciples. We are simply told that when Jesus and his disciples left, there were also other boats around them.
36 And leaving the crowd, they took him with them in the boat, just as he was. And other boats were with him.
