What place did there used to be in heaven for the dragon and his angels?

Revelation 12:8 (ESV)

The dragon, as we are advised in Revelation 12:9, is “the devil and Satan.” There are scattered references in the Old Testament to Satan's having access to heaven (Job 1:6; Job 2:1; Zechariah 3:1; see also 1 Kings 22:19–23) in order to deceive.
