Numbers 32:33 mentions that the kingdom of Sihon and Og was given to Reuben, Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasseh. Deuteronomy 3:12 and Deuteronomy 3:16–17 give some imprecise details of the territory given to Gad. Joshua now gives more specific details.
