8 But you yourselves wrong and defraud even your own brothers!

The Corinthian church has become so degenerate that members are wronging and defrauding each other. This is a far cry from Christ’s command to seek peace with all (Matthew 5:9, Matthew 23:1 – 25:46; Luke 12:13–21).
