Godliness is the best approach in matters of the government, but also in matters of business. We should be honest and fair when we trade in business, not only because honesty is a good approach which ultimately have lasting benefits, but above all because we work in all areas of life for the Lord, not for ourselves. He approves and honours only fair dealings.
11 A just balance and scales are the LORD’s; all the weights in the bag are his work.
