The little anti-Christian horn, which becomes so powerful, has a might that appeals to people. This great strength is expressed by the fact that it manages to overpower the three other horns. It is all so human. This power does not demand of us, as a human being, things that are beyond our human capabilities. It comes with norms and values that appeal readily to our heart. This is also indicated by what we read in Daniel 7:25, He will think to change their times (festivals) and their law.
24 As for the ten horns, out of this kingdom ten kings shall arise, and another shall arise after them; he shall be different from the former ones, and shall put down three kings.
