12He said, “But I will be with you, and this shall be the sign for you, that I have sent you: when you have brought the people out of Egypt, you shall serve God on this mountain.”
“This mountain” that the Lord was talking about was Mount Horeb, which is also known as Mount Sinai, the very place where the Lord would meet with Moses to give him the Ten Commandments that were written by God’s finger on two tablets of stone.
