How God’s people should respond (Revelation 18:4–8)
What incentive the angel gives via kings (Revelation 18:9–10), merchants (Revelation 18:11–17a), and sailors (Revelation 18:17–19) to God’s people to respond properly
An instruction to heaven and God’s saints to rejoice at God’s judgment over Babylon (Revelation 18:20)
