If you are not encountering opposition, and if you are not stirring up trouble, then there is probably something wrong with your ministry. It has been the case in my experience, not only with the church but with virtually every good project, every good ministry initiated by the people of God, that it runs into trouble somewhere along the line. People sincerely, earnestly are trying to do something good and the next thing you know, you have got half of the people involved in it at each other's throats. Every good work is resisted.1
