Psalm 29:3–4 (ESV)

3 The voice of the LORD is over the waters; the God of glory thunders, the LORD, over many waters.

The second part of the psalm (Psalm 29:3–9) mentions the voice of the Lord seven times. Picture a storm gathering over the Mediterranean sea. It is an awe-inspiring sight. Above the rising storm, the mighty voice of the Lord can be heard.
