After the voice of the Lord has been heard seven times, all becomes quiet, and the psalmist hears the worshippers in the temple respond to the storm: Glory!
They know where the storm came from and humbly pay their respects. The call to acknowledge the majesty of God found in Psalm 29:1–2, which is motivated in Psalm 29:3–9b, is now fulfilled.
9 The voice of the LORD makes the deer give birth and strips the forests bare, and in his temple all cry, “Glory!”
