When and how was Jesus reviled?

1 Peter 2:23 (ESV)

23 When he was reviled, he did not revile in return; when he suffered, he did not threaten, but continued entrusting himself to him who judges justly.

This is a reference to what happened to Jesus after his arrest (Mark 15:16–20, Mark 15:29, Mark 15:31; Luke 22:65; Luke 23:39). Jesus did not respond to any of this ridicule, whether with words of explanation or reprimand or even threat (for at that moment those who reviled him had no (emotional) capacity to hear a rebuke; see Proverbs 26:4). Instead, Jesus quietly took the abuse that came his way—ultimately from God’s own hand in accordance with the promise of Genesis 2:17, Genesis 3:15.
