Despite the temptations that always come with wealth, Job’s family life showed his incomparable uprightness. In Job 1:4 and Job 1:5 we are given one striking example. Job’s sons regularly held feasts, to which they would invite each other and their sisters. They clearly led princely lives and enjoyed good relationships with each other.
4 His sons used to go and hold a feast in the house of each one on his day, and they would send and invite their three sisters to eat and drink with them.
