1 When Samuel became old, he made his sons judges over Israel.

What does 1 Samuel 8 reveal about what God does in and through me (the work of the Holy Spirit)? God the Holy Spirit is helping me to trust the Lord to care for me so that I do not look for comfort and security in the things of this world. He helps me to walk by faith and not by sight.
