Now 2 Kings 25:18–21 describes what happened to the prominent Judeans. Note that this portion runs parallel with Jeremiah 52:24–27. The execution in 2 Kings 25:21 must be distinguished from the execution described in 2 Kings 25:7, for that sentencing we find in Jeremiah 52:10. In 2 Kings 25:18 it says that Nebuzaradan seized the highest temple officials.
