As with Psalm 145:4, there are two possibilities for translation here. The question is: should the question be translated as a fact or as an encouragement (task)? Since we held the opinion earlier that encouragement makes the most sense, that translation also has the preference here. Two categories are called upon to praise the Lord: all creatures and the people who are devoted to God.
