1. Judges 14:7 (ESV)
  2. Exposition

What is significant about the mention of her being “right in Samson's eyes”?

Judges 14:7 (ESV)

7 Then he went down and talked with the woman, and she was right in Samson’s eyes.

This is the second time in the narrative that we hear she is right in Samson’s eyes (the first being his own evaluation of her, in Judges 14:3). The conversation Samson now has with her apparently confirms for him that according to his standards, she is “Miss Right.”
