What does “En-hakkore” mean?

Judges 15:19 (ESV)

19 And God split open the hollow place that is at Lehi, and water came out from it. And when he drank, his spirit returned, and he revived. Therefore the name of it was called En-hakkore; it is at Lehi to this day.

Samson names the spring En-hakkore. The name is ambiguous. It either means the spring of the caller or the spring of the namer. Yet in the end the point is the same: once again, Samson’s focus is himself, as he names the spring after himself. It is as if he is saying, My prayer moved the hand of God. There is no focus on the Lord’s gracious action on Samson’s behalf.1
