The blessed person does not follow the advice of the wicked. He disagrees with the plans and lifestyle that the wicked propagate. This is done not in word alone, but also in deed. The righteous person’s life is clearly separate from the walk of life of the wicked. In service to God, the individual has to withstand pressure from many people who have ignoble intentions.
1 Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers;
