The righteous person’s path leads to eternal life, and along the way, he enjoys abundant life. The Lord feeds us on His truth, guides us by His wisdom, empowers us with His Spirit, comforts us with His loving presence—all of which the wicked do not have.
This narrow way leads progressively away from every form of death. Sinful men fear death and with good reason, but to the righteous it is a doorway to paradise. For those in Christ, all deaths lead to glorious resurrections.
28 In the path of righteousness is life, and in its pathway there is no death.
