Who is the Lord’s Christ?

Luke 2:26 (ESV)

26 And it had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he would not see death before he had seen the Lord’s Christ.

The Lord’s Christ is the Lord’s King (Psalm 2:2, Psalm 2:6). The rule of the King is closely connected with the coming of the Servant promised in Isaiah Isaiah 40:5; Isaiah 42:6,Isaiah 42:13; Isaiah 49:6; Isaiah 52:9–10).
