The author now knows what he has to do. He must personally praise and worship this mighty God. Wonderful are your works,
he exclaims spontaneously. He is filled with amazement about God’s far-reaching care for him. This moves him deeply in his soul. He yearns to make this known, so that many others will join him in his praise of God’s wondrous work when man is formed.
14 I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.
