If there is no reconciliation, then the believer will have to bear the consequences of his sinful actions. Those who refuse to pursue recognition and persevere in harbouring unrighteous anger in their hearts thereby show that they do not belong to the kingdom that Jesus is bringing. They will not escape the penalty that sins deserve. 1
