How do the spies show their impatience?

Judges 18:9 (ESV)

9 They said, “Arise, and let us go up against them, for we have seen the land, and behold, it is very good. And will you do nothing? Do not be slow to go, to enter in and possess the land.

The spies say to the tribespeople, And will you do nothing? Do not be slow to go. The sense of this is, You are inactive. Do not be lazy! The spies sound like they are accusing them of stalling.1
