What is the command towards viticultural practice?

Leviticus 19:10 (ESV)

10 And you shall not strip your vineyard bare, neither shall you gather the fallen grapes of your vineyard. You shall leave them for the poor and for the sojourner: I am the LORD your God.

Grape harvesting is also to be limited. The farmer is to glean his vineyard in such a way that it should not be stripped (‛ll) bare. Some of the crop was to be left on the vine. Additionally, what had fallen on the ground of its own accord or has been dropped by the reaper was to be left there.
