The operative word here is falsehood.
The concept of falseness has come up several times in the Lord’s revelation to John (Revelation 2:2; Revelation 3:9; Revelation 14:5; Revelation 16:13; Revelation 19:20). Those who love and practice falsehood align themselves in some way with the great deceiver (Revelation 12:9) and liar from the beginning (John 8:44). Those on the liar’s team, be it in attitude of the heart or in practice of the hands, find themselves also outside.
15 Outside are the dogs and sorcerers and the sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.
