Job 22:23 (ESV)

23 If you return to the Almighty you will be built up; if you remove injustice far from your tents,

Eliphaz encourages Job to repent wholeheartedly from all his wickedness. His words would have been comforting and encouraging, had they been spoken in a different context. Spoken to an upright man such as Job, they are cruel and wounding.
