The law in view here is the law that is to be presented in Deuteronomy 5:1 – 26:19. It is the same law, with its testimonies, statutes, and rules, that the Lord proclaimed to his people at Horeb/Sinai after the exodus. That is, it will not be a new law, or a new covenant, but the renewing of an old law.
