Esther 1:5 (ESV)

5 And when these days were completed, the king gave for all the people present in Susa the citadel, both great and small, a feast lasting for seven days in the court of the garden of the king’s palace.

After the 180 days, Ahasuerus gave yet another banquet, this time for all the people who lived in the citadel of Susa (see Esther 1:2). Esther and her uncle Mordecai were probably also present at this feast, since they lived in the citadel (Esther 2:5). In typical Eastern fashion, the men and women celebrated separately (Esther 1:9).
