What does Ezra 9 reveal about what God the Holy Spirit does in me and through me?
God the Holy Spirit helps me to confess my sins to God rightly. He helps me not to pretend as if my sins are of no consequence and also to recognize that my sin is an offence to God. By his grace he also helps me to know that if I confess my sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
