Where are priestly garments described?

Ezra 2:69 (ESV)

69 According to their ability they gave to the treasury of the work 61,000 darics of gold, 5,000 minas of silver, and 100 priests’ garments.

Exodus 28:1–43 contains a detailed description of the garments God commanded to be made and worn by the priests. These garments would have been expensive to make.
