God’s answer consists of three parts: a) it is he who sends him; b) he also gives the words that Jeremiah will speak; c) lastly, God himself goes with Jeremiah to be with him and deliver him where necessary. Later, when it gets tough, God will say these words again (Jeremiah 15:20).
